Terms of Service.

Important information regarding flashing, unlocking, and unbrick services.

The customer is responsible for backing up all personal data before requesting any service. We strongly recommend creating a full backup prior to flashing, unlocking, or unbrick procedures.

By submitting a device for service, the customer confirms that they are the legal owner of the device and are authorized to request the service.

We are not responsible for any data loss, software corruption, hardware failure, account issues, or device malfunction that may occur during or after the service process.

Service compatibility and success rates may vary depending on the device model, firmware version, hardware condition, previous modifications, or existing issues with the device.

Manufacturer warranties or third-party warranties may become void after bootloader unlocking, flashing, or modification procedures.

Payments are non-refundable once the service has started or has been successfully completed.

We are not responsible for failures caused by incorrect user actions, including but not limited to:
  • disconnecting the device during flashing
  • unstable USB connections
  • faulty cables or ports
  • incorrect firmware files
  • unsupported firmware versions
  • improper EDL/BROM setup
  • unstable or incompatible computers

Certain procedures may require device formatting or factory reset depending on the device state, firmware condition, or unlock method used.

By using our services, the customer acknowledges and accepts all associated risks related to software modification, flashing, unlocking, and unbrick procedures.
